TRE-Admin
TRE-Admin Documentation
Overview
TRE-Admin allows administrators to efficiently manage workstations, datasets, data locations, and user requests
Features
- User Management – Control workstation access and monitor user activities.
- Dataset Management – Organize and oversee dataset availability.
- Data Location Configuration – Manage cloud and on-premises storage.
- Request Handling – Review and process user requests for resources.
1. Workstations
- Displays a list of available workstations.
- Allows administrators to monitor usage and grant access.
2. Datasets & Data Locations
- Centralized repository of datasets and storage locations.
- Supports Amazon S3, Amazon EFS, Amazon FSx, and NFS.
- Ensures secure access management with approval processes.
- Quick navigation links for dataset and data location creation:
- Create Amazon S3 Dataset/Data Location
- Create Amazon EFS Dataset/Data Location
- Create Amazon FSx Dataset/Data Location
- Create NFS Dataset/Data Location
3. Requests
- Allows administrators to manage user-generated requests.
- Provides approval or rejection workflows for workstations and file operations.
- Archive Tab: Maintains a history of processed requests.
4. Creating a Dataset or Data Location
Administrators can create datasets and data locations based on storage type.
